What are the costs involved?

IT Support

Hourly

Our hourly rate for IT Support is currently £60 per hour.

Fully Managed

Users & Devices

£40 per user + £20 per device per month

Servers

£240 per server per month

Certain services we offer have a discount depending on how large the project is, for example if you would like us to do an Office 365 Migration, you will pay less per user if you have over 100 users to migrate.

Please note

Any hardware, software or licensing requirements must always be paid by the client.

Fully managed support for users & devices guarantees 5 hours of support per user cumulative per month. For example, if your company has 10 users under this agreement your guaranteed support would be 50 hours per month. You will be notified should this amount be exceeded and subsequent support will be billed at our normal hourly rate.
